A Brief on
A N UPPER ROOM BIBLE INSTITUTE
About 1961 a Bible study began in the home of Alice and Norman Baxter.
About 1963, after meeting in the Seventh Day Adventist church building and having Harold Dillman from FBC Cedar City Utah came to help with services and a small VBS, Medford Hutson, Pastor of FBC Cedar City Utah began coming to Milford on Sunday evening for services.
About 1964 First Baptist Mission of Milford bought the old Nazarene Church building on 90th E 100 S here in Milford.
In 1965 the Mission constituted as First Baptist Church, Milford, Utah
December 2003 FBC Milford dis-incorporated and ceased as FBC at 425 S 100 W Milford Utah.
In 2020 the Alice Norm Upper Room Bible Institute was established.
As a testimony to the commitment of these two heroes and pillars of the faith, by the work of the Holy Spirit and Christ Jesus, this Institute acknowledges the faithfulness of these two servants and fellow sojourners in this spiritually dry desert town--
